The login process for 7BOSS Remote Access changed on Jan. 7. It has been moved from Ping Authentication to Microsoft Azure Authentication.

The new login process requires MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) that includes providing a one-time code or the use of Microsoft Authenticator, which aligns with the process for accessing 7Hub or 7Help in stores. Note that you will now need to enter your email address when logging in.

With this change in authentication method, any previously bookmarked link on 7BOSS Remote portal needs to be updated to the correct link of 7BOSS Remote portal as shown below:

Note: You can bookmark the above link, but do not bookmark after being redirected to the Ping or Azure AD login screens. These screens will look like the examples shown below and bookmarking them is not advised.
